As a special programme for senior citizens we regularly organize “Afternoons for Senior Citizens” and “Grandma.Grandpa.Grandchild-Times”. Groups of fifteen persons or more can profit from reduced entry fares of 9,00 €.
Spend an entertaining afternoon in Universum® with similar-minded people and go on a discovery tour together! Delve into the world of science in a group. Why do cats and dogs not get on and why can we not remember some things, try as hard as we might? Interesting questions you have probably asked yourself before are the subjects of our theme afternoons. A thirty-minute introduction informs interested visitors about everything worth knowing on a close-to-life subject. Afterwards you have the possibility to fill the theory with life by exploring our exhibition along with our trained explainers. The programme finishes in our café where you have the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with the other participants and enjoy coffee and cake. Afterwards you are always better informed!
Two generations have the opportunity to discover the whole Universum®. Grandparents and their grandchildren go on a discovery expedition together. Who can learn more from the other? Grandma, grandpa and grandchild can try interesting experiments and solve the questions of a quiz on their tour together. Fun guaranteed!
